I've practiced this method over and over, on myself and others. It continues to prove serving our higher purpose and clears the path for being our best self.
What to Expect
This healing modality can be performed at a distance or in-person. I use muscle testing as a means of asking which emotion(s) your body needs to release.
Sometimes the body needs a few days to process trapped emotions after they are released.
Most of the time, side-effects aren't really noticed. You will feel lighter and less burdened. Sometimes you ma feel some negative symptoms from processing. You might feel some echoes of the emotions that were released, you may feel tired, out of sorts emotional, you may cry or physically feel sick. This does not usually last more than a day or two. It's important to remember, this is normal and will take far less time than it did for the emotions to become trapped.
