We cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or any other service. 

Your reading is subject to your own personal interpretation.

The information contained within your reading should at no time be regarded as legal, psychological, medical, business, advice or financial fact. Any actions taken by you, the client, as a result of your reading, are solely your choice and your responsibility. Tina Hencey/Simply Infinite accepts no responsibility for your own choices and actions made. 

Our services are not a substitute for ANY professional services - legal, medical, or otherwise, and it is advised that you seek advice from a relevant qualified professional. 

All services paid for will NOT be refunded if you are late to your appointment, do not show up to your scheduled appointment, cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, reschedule your appointment, because a zoom recording failed or are not happy with your session. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED. 

You must be 18 years of age or older to use services. 

BY PAYING YOUR INVOICE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

While I offer a recording of your reading at no extra charge, these recordings cannot be guaranteed. Sometimes mistakes happen or there is an error in the software, so you are also welcome to record on your end. In the event a recording fails for any reason, the session will not be repeated.

Most recordings are sent out the day of your session. It is your responsibility to download the recording before the file expiration date noted in the email. Once the link expires, the recording is no longer available. 

Tina Hencey/Simply Infinite is the owner of all recorded content. NO Zoom video is shared with anyone other than the participants. Tina Hencey, owner of Simply Infinite has the right to deny sharing of any recordings to a client.
